Send My HD58X For Repairs?

Some time late last year I was able to get my HD58X thanks to one of my relatives. Over the few months of use, the left side of my headphones started losing audio and I have to keep twisting the cable every minute to get the audio back. At first I thought it had something to do with the cable itself, so I bought a replacement. But I still run into the problem of audio loss. I have no clue if my relative bought warranty for this and I currently can't ask them and I don't have experience with Drop's repair service. I'm done dealing with this problem and want it to get fixed.

Try contact Sennheiser or Drop customer service. Drop CS is very busy right now. But I think you will have better luck with the manufacturer because they have the tools and skills to fix it.
