Some time late last year I was able to get my HD58X thanks to one of my relatives. Over the few months of use, the left side of my headphones started losing audio and I have to keep twisting the cable every minute to get the audio back. At first I thought it had something to do with the cable itself, so I bought a replacement. But I still run into the problem of audio loss.
I have no clue if my relative bought warranty for this and I currently can't ask them and I don't have experience with Drop's repair service. I'm done dealing with this problem and want it to get fixed.
