Favorite Hotswapable bluetooth RGB keyboard?

Mechanical or Optical? Might be a dumb question because I dont think I have ever seen a hotswap optical pcb but I am still curious given how awesome the optical switches are advertised to be. I have been searching for months for a keyboard that has hotswapable switches and wireless capabilities. I dont have a required layout, but the 61 and the 64 keys is a nice and clutter free look. Preferably bluetooth 5.0 and RGB LEDs are a nice touch I would like to have. The Kemove 61 is one option I have found but I have read some say its software is difficult. Not a real show stopper but kinda worrisome. I have seen others for instance the kbdfans gk61, 64, 66 but this one will need a mod to make it bluetooth. There are many others but I dont remember all of them I have seen. Any input would be greatly appreciated. This would be my first mechanical keyboard. I have used a friends anne pro and like it but battery life is short and it's a real drag replacing broken switches.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?

I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
