Customer Support delays

Following delivery of my Koss ESP/95x I raised a support request on 21st July (MD-95304-4716600). I've not received any response (other than a note that the case had been passed to a specialized team). When will Drop progress this?

im pretty sure at the moment customer service is slow but trust me sooner or later they will get to you. and im pretty sure they have been pretty busy so yea good luck man
Customer service is very busy right now. Maybe @jennychin has some insight
