Drop High Profile lights up, no keys will register. Any fix to this?

Hello all! Having problems with my current Drop High Profile. When plugging it in, the RGB lights up, though no keys will register. Though, the keyboard seems to work on my PS4 and on other computers, just not my current computer. When plugging it into my main computer, Windows 10 is not recognizing it and says it has malfunctioned. Steps I've tried: -Using multiple cables of different lengths -Uninstalling the device -Attempting to use QMK to reflash it It's just so weird to me that my keyboard works on other devices, but not on my main computer. Really hope someone could help me out here!

This started happening to me with a completely different keyboard last week (Tokyo 60). I have since experienced the issue on multiple keyboards that had been working perfectly fine until now. I think it might have been the latest Win 10 update. Sometimes unplugging and replugging works, but other times I have to restart my PC in order for the board to work again.

I have an ALT high pro. When I switched to a coiled aviator cable I had the same issue pop up. Instead of directly plugging into my computer I utilized a powered USB hub as an intermediary. I believe its a power draw issue, Drop boards are power hungry, the powered usb hub solved the problem right off. Good Luck

As far as I know the alt needs a usb 3.0 or higher, I hope it helps and u can use ur keyboard
The keyboard needs quiet a bit of power because of the per key RGB and under glow. So the stock cable with a shorter length is optimal. What is the computer?

Hey there, have you tried multiple usb ports? Also, I assume you're not using the front usb ports? Is the keyboard working on any other computers?
