Defective Headset but Support claims I never sent them an email?

In inbox, I have 2 pair of emails that were sent out automatically when you contact support, however the support member told me they haven't gotten any email. The first email was sent 12 BUSINESS DAYS AGO. Why is there no SUPPORT TICKET Number so your team can reference individual inquiries?
