Can I cancel an order that's just shipped?
I ordered the Preonic keyboard kit. Yesterday, I found, on amazon's drop store, the same kit, and decided to order it there instead for faster delivery. I tried to cancel my order on drop, and it returned "internal error". I contacted support as suggested, but I've had no reply, and now the kit has shipped from drop, so what are my options?
