Is it possible to program an Alt to activate a sequence of keys with one hot key?

I want to make Fn+M output an em dash on Windows. But the way to type an em dash is to press and hold Alt+0151. Do you think it's possible to make that happen using QMK? I haven't set up my environment for it or dug into any code yet, I was hoping to get some thoughts on whether it's doable before I went to the trouble. Thanks in advance.
