I recently bought the sheepskin earpads for HD6XX and they significantly changed the sound, which is not what is advertised. Plus, the item description accepts returns. I've tried multiple times to reach customer support to start a return (with email/written trail) and have gotten zero response. Can someone get me in touch with customer service? I've bought a Topping D50s and HD6xx from Drop before but if their customer service is this bad then I'm not going to risk my money here any more.
