What is the best sound quality music app? Right now I’m using Tidal. I have it set to the highest quality audio. Thanks.

Thanks guys. The Tidal App is working well with my Koss KSC75s. I’ll definitely jump on the 30 day trial of Qobuz too. Much appreciated!

You can't beat TIDAL for sq. They have MQA files, and the ones that aren't they use hi-res flac files. I've been using their hi-fi tier (their highest) since May of 2019. I pay an even $19/95 per month. I pre-pay semi-annually so that may give me a discount? Anyway, TIDAL can't be beat for sq. Master Quality files have more...presence. You feel like you're in the recording studio or a live venue (great for when you can't go to a concert). I tried a couple of the other providers (spotify/pandora) and their hi-res files seem to be lacking that immediacy, to my ear at least. We all know how subjective audio is to each individual. I use the FOCAL Clear balanced with the Schiit Audio Jotunheim headamp with a Modius balanced dac in my endeavor to reach audio nirvana (I'm close) ;-)

Tidal isn't bad. I just use Foobar2000 to stream my ripped CDs, and I have Qobuz because it has a good amount of music I listen to, plus the family plan ain't bad. I like their store too.

Qobuz, without question. Their app isn’t quite as responsive as Spotify, but for sitting and listening, Qobuz.

Thanks. I have Tidal for a free 30 day trial. Apparently, from what I just read they have higher quality sound for $26.00 a month. They should’ve given me that.

Yeah. If you want to keep someone around, let them know how good it can be.
