Product Return Address and process

What is the product return address for Koss ESP95X headphones? Support is not responding except that a mysterious Fedex Label was created on the Fedex website for me to send something back to someonew! I have no idea who it is. Thanks!

Hi @lhimelfarb, how long did it take to receive a response or a FedEx Label? I reached out to customer support 2 weeks ago but have not received anything yet.

arnoldtyThey finally sent the info for returning the item. I then received an email informing me that a credit will be issued within a few days. They are just very slow at this time. Keep sending emails if you are not getting a response. They appear to be trying to satisfy the customers.
