Fantasy Flight Games and Games Workshop are terminating their relationship.

So, with the announcement that FFG and GW are not renewing their license with each other and FFG will cease production of all GW related products and content, do you think it would be prudent to try to secure some drops on Massdrop before they disappear? I would love to get a Talisman complete bundle, or maybe just a bundle of all the expansions. Maybe a hodgepodge of their games like Fury of Dracula, Blood Bowl Team Manager, Relic, etc. Here is the official announcement which lists most of the games that will be discontinued after February 28th, 2017:

By the way, when I first heard the news, I called my FLGS and asked about Fury of Dracula. The closest three stores were sold out. I had to drive 30 miles to get my copy. Coolstuffinc.com is sold out, as is Amazon, and Miniaturemarket.com. You might be able to find a copy at a local Barnes and Noble, but unlikely to find for less than MSRP of $59.99.

That is going to be a challenge. First off, the news has hit the gaming community swiftly. Fury of Dracula is sold out everywhere, as is Forbidden Stars (save Amazon). Even if there were some inventory of these titles at distributors, the demand to get that inventory will be fierce. It will be tough for Massdrop to get enough supply to fulfill a drop for us at a compelling price. I'm already seeing people offering Fury of Dracula for $80 or more on EBay. Just look at what happened to the Fantastic Four expansion for Marvel Legendary. When that went out of print, secondary market prices reached $200 for something that originally sold for $15. I'd be blown away if Massdrop could put together a competitive bundle now.
