Does anybody know how long it takes from Drop Customer Service to respond? I know it says 5-7 days, but they still have not responded and my PCB went bad (my "7" "U" "J" and "N" keys don't work). I have only had the keyboard not even 30 days, does anybody know if they will respond to me and help me out? I really hope so because the keyboard was a lot of money and it's a great product overall, I haven't even had it a month, so I'm hoping they'll help me out and respond.

From personal experience, they usually take about slightly over a week, or like you mentioned, 5-7 business days to respond to a ticket. Hope they get back to you soon!
