When I try to connect the keyboard to my MacBook Air with the usb-c to usb-c cable included with the MacBook, it seems as though the keyboard doesn't even recognise that it is connected. The RGB doesn't light up and I can't use it to type. Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?

Possibly. It depends on your cable. Not all USB-C to C cables are treated equally. Currently, our keyboards do not work with e-marker cables. The fix is to get a different USB-C to C cable or use the included USB-A to C cable.

Surely enough, it was the cable! That's the best part about standards eh?
