Impossibility to cancel an order on an headphones pairs (HD58X Jubilee). It's not technically audiophile related but I'm having second thoughts about getting a pair of headphones, I've placed the order the 18 October, supposed to be shipped the 22 according to the resume. I tried several times to cancel it (leaning toward the HD6 serie instead) but so far no luck, I'm getting an error like screen related on both the App and the website. I contacted the customer support via email but no response so far,, I'm getting a little nervous since it's the first time I'm ordering something on Drop.com, the shipping date is close and that I live in Europe. Can anyone help me out ? Sorry if I'm not even in the proper category, I'm not used to the website yet.
