OK, so, WHERE'S MY BALL? If this is a joke it's not funny after laying out $850 plus and having bubkus, nada. crap, nothing to show for it. At least keep your customers informed on the mistakes and mishandling of the situation, do you have our emails, or have you lost them? Or do you know?

This is the comment section, complaining here provides occasional light-entertainment for the rest of us, but seldom resolves the issue. Best bet is to keep after Customers Service.

I ordered a pre-production Ball in January 2017. Company was totally unresponsive to my inquiries and the watch was not delivered until June. Would never buy direct for them again as they have zero customer support. Watch is excellent and wouldn't hesitate to buy one in the after-market. Bought a 2nd in 18k rose gold off Touch of Modern. Neither is a rated chronometer but both are accurate to that standard. You'll eventually receive the watch, but their fulfillment process is horrible.
