How did it break? Also, did you enjoy the sound of them?

Glad to hear that you enjoy the sound. Everyone says they are the best sounding bluetooth headphones. But would it be possible for you to return or exchange them?

NatanielYes, if this happens to you, drop will send you a replacement (once they have a prove that you already sent the original unit back to them). In my case, my unit took +3 months to arrive and 3 attemps. The first two attemps never arrived and Drop made me wait 1 month before shipping a new unit everytime. So I am thinking on keeping it and make a workaround. I really do not want to wait 3 more months, specially now that it is xmas time. I read somewhere that you have a 30 days return with no-questions and 2 years warranty. To be honest, I do not think the headphone build is worth 399 USD. All the other bluetooth plastic headphones I have (Bose QC, Sony XM3) feel really premium while the Panda's feel like they are going to break if you are not careful. I really hope they fix this at some point, even if the plastic piece did not snap off, the headphone does not feel as premium as the popular sony and bose models. The unit I received was not from the first batch, so I was surprised that it ended up breaking, specially after Drop deciding to delay the shipping of these units because they wanted to do extra QC. As mentioned above, soundwise, I would recommend the Drop Panda's and I did not experience any connection/noise issue at all. They lack ANC but the passive isolation is really good. I would not consider these headphones to be the best headphones you can buy for 399 USD, but they are portable, the battery life is good and they are wireless.
