You should be able to reach out to them through Transactions. Did Fedex confirm it's lost? Mine hasn't had any movement in 5 days since hitting a hub and am getting worried myself.

jtchinoy2I already put in a ticket almost 3 days ago and haven't heard anything. I had to contact fedex on the 21st because i got 4 day shipping and it had been 7 days. they said since its tracking hadn't been updated in 3 days i should contact drop and have them file a lost package claim.

BooperMyDooperI'm sorry to hear that. Maybe submit a new ticket and reference the first saying you still haven't heard back. Charging back with your credit card may be on the table if they don't reply back within a week.
