Drop just continues to get worse! Ive continued giving them a shot to get better but man you guys suck. I order Godspeed sets with the intention of giving them as Christmas gifts - so that’s been blown - thanks for absolutely nothing.

WriteClickYou do realize it’s not their fault, but rather on the manufacturer end as well as being due to COVID issues? They can’t do anything.

AerystenI do realize that. But my point is there’s always something with Drop, and they find a way to never take responsibility. I’ve been ordering from them since early 2018, and ended up closing my account after receiving incomplete sets of keycaps - and very inconsiderate responses from their customer support team (they did nothing to make it right, so I paid for caps I’ve never gotten). The only reason I came back was because of MiTo. I get it’s been a tough year for everyone - but their customer communication and care, sucks. No two ways about it. And that is not okay.
