Ctrl keyboard randomly stops ?

more_vert
Hello, I have a newly bought Ctrl keyboard. Sometimes the keys stop working randomly (with the LED still on) and I have to unplug it and replug it for the keys to start working agian. Is this defective hardware? Or is there some solution? Thanks for reading.

Are you using the included cable? What is the keyboard plugged into? Does the issue persist if the LEDs are turned off? Does the issue persist on a different computer? Does the issue persist when the keyboard is plugged into an external, powered USB hub?

I do not have a resolution. Just for your reference, I got an ALT. The original usb C to usb A cable works. But connect through a usb A hub does not work. Then I used a usb C to usb C cable and it works on and off.
