Does this have the bass-light pre-production tuning or the final release tuning?

These are units that were produced as part of the original launch back in late-2017 which shipped to Drop in mid-2018 (as part of the launch). These are NOT pre-production sample units and have the same tuning as the release.

Would they actually just sell pre-production units just like that? I thought they just made a handful of those for reviewers.

From the description alone, this isn't even B-stock. It seems these are unsold A-stock from the factory back at Ireland that they wanna get rid of before they moved the Romanian factory for production.
I cannot say these are worth it if it isn't covered by warranty, since it's a $5 difference but they are at the very least in stock and shipping right now.

I’m sorry but this product, does it allow me to plug other products in it, like my tv etc and then allow it to be Bluetooth? Or is it to boost the Bluetooth sound for existing Bluetooth items?

Anyone have any experience with this planar-piezzo drive combo .my experience with piezzo was with spring was model and they have names for models with whole year spring summer i can't remember name of the brend but they have a good IEM with large DD 12m for bass and depnd for models DD or BA drive for mid and always piezzo for high fricvence and it was a bit too much i first time but they are solving the problem with it and the last model was great and planar can be the most capable to deliver so good sound and probably the most important thing is the hendl weith good heat menige because they are so hard to destroy them only the heat they produce when working hard can be problem and when I summer my experience with both drivers I must have to be careful with both it without any word from someone who has pair and put it in . anyone?

Why haven't I received a shipping code or response from customer service for my order in over 3 weeks?
Hello, I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago. I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update. I am just wondering, on average, how long it takes for an order to get to the buyer here. Help: MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET Cable Replacement
My headjack that connects the headphone to the mic and headset end (green and red) is broken, what do I need to buy to get it replaced? The single port end seems shorter than 3.5mm and is smaller than the port of the mic and headset end. May I know what size to if I necessarily need the exact same one that connects mic and headset or I can just get a single port to single port end? Would I need to completely replace the headset? Also I'm currently residing in Malaysia where ebay and amazon isn't available and I can't seem to find anywhere else that sells it.
