I have the Original IFI Zen stack, but was able to get my hands on a IFI Signature Can like yours. Wondering how you like the sound, and if you owned the original Can to compare both?

Almost a month of using this stack between 6-18 hours each day for music, gaming, movies, and discord - overall I really enjoy the CAN 6XX Signature's sound. Matching the gain and level settings in a blind listening test, I genuinely couldn't tell a difference in sonic quality or characteristics between this and the original Zen DAC on any of the headphones I own (that can be driven by both at the same level), but a different sound experience wasn't what I was looking for in this stack - it was the ability to enjoy the sound of the Original Zen DAC with my HUNGRY pairs of cans. (Cite to my vintage Koss, HD414, DT880 600Ω, Dekoni Blue, & K712 Pros) In what I was looking for, this thing delivers. I haven't owned the original Zen CAN Amp but my understanding is that the sound would be near enough to identical to the Signature - ask yourself if the 6XX mode and higher quality internals & power adapter are worth the $100 Upgrade. While I don't enjoy the 6XX mode on my 6XX's or any other of the headphones I've used in the last month on this thing, I'm by no means unhappy that I went for this over the standard CAN. The standard CAN is probably a better value to most and likely a great recommendation, but for a sweet colorway, upgraded power adapter, and a mode I *can* use made for one of my favorite pairs of headphones, the 6XX, I hope you enjoy its build & sound as much as I do. PS: Skip the pricey ifi interconnect for the $23 4.4mm interconnect on Amazon - it looks, feels, and sounds great.

Thank for your responds I agree that the included power supply really adds to the quality and sound of this stack. I also agree with you that the signature stack truly delivers on sound quality, with a nice a full rich sound that you don't get with the more analytical stacks. I actually owed the regular stack, and was able to purchase the Signature stack on eBay because they where not available on Drop at the time and saved $80 on each unit, which was great. In comparing both stacks I did notice a slightly fuller sound on the Signature stack with a more pronounced bass without using the bass boost function. It was for that reason that I returned the regular back for a refund. As for the Signature stack I truly, truly enjoy using to power HD6xx, my Hifiman Sundara's, and my Drop Pandas when wired. Yes, I also was able to purchase the interconnect form Amazon, and also a 4.4 balanced cable for my headphones, see link if interested. The only difference I hear is that the balances cable do make the headphone slightly loader, but don't hear any difference in sound itself. This unit has made me enjoy listening to music again. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D3BHF39/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
