Not only has my package been lost (FedEx can not provide any information)... Customer support has not responded to ANY requests (even from a week or so ago). Buyer beware. Anyone else experiencing these same issues or am I just lucky?

My creed is that when I give advice for free I generally give that much effort, my posts are usually longwinded and unedited; there is no doubt that they would benefit from a review process, a restructure and being shortened to be ‘succinct’ or tight.
Today I want to do something.
Call this an exercise in the power of belonging to a community, or the strength of power in numbers.
What I have done is recorded a short video as the sun rose today (‘Christmas’, for many).
The video cuts abruptly as the recording medium was filled. It serves a basic purpose and that is to have me start a project and commit to serving humanity.

I contacted MassDrop 3 weeks ago because my headphones (HD 58x) were not working one of the ears. The process was less than idea but not horrible ... no phone number, and had to email back in forth for a day before I got someone who understood. They agreed to ship me a replacement "as soon as their was movement" on the tracking for the item I was sending back.
In the meantime I had fixed the problem by getting a new cord off Amazon, but I thought hey why not return the cord and get a 100% new pair of headphones ... I'm paying for the warranty after all.
I shipped them back 8 days ago using their pre-paid label. Emailed the afternoon after with the tracking. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE. For the past 3 days I've emailed every day.
I am now without any earphones ... which I depend on living in a city apartment.
Any ideas? Why aren't they responding to any emails? I guess I can take them to small claims court if they ghost me? Never seen customer service like this.

I had mistakenly bought a Drop + Matt3o MT3 Susuwatari Custom Keycap Set and i file a ticket to the support to cancel the order(unable cancel at transaction as it status is already reserved for shipment). But there isn't any reply after that, can anyone help?

What happened to the "keep me logged in" option when logging in? I used to be able to interact quickly with the site. Now I have to spend time figuring out or looking up login ID and password information, so I usually don't bother.
And how does "What's your question?" indicate that I'm supposed to type a "Title" in the same place those words already occupy, so I don't get an error message when I try to send my question? The real error is making people type words where there are already words. Although this has become a trend of late because Google started doing it along with all their other illogic, for anyone who thinks logically, this is so disgusting as to make you want to never come back to a site that requires it. This site has taken it to a new level by not even putting a box around the words so someone can guess it is a field to type in. ARRRRGH!
And "Choose the community" NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS! ARRRRGH!
