Communicating with DROP

I want to know what experience others have had communicating with DROP. I just purchased a keyboard, but efforts preceding the purchase to get any response at all from DROP failed....and I live in the Sf Bay area, not far from DROP offices. Frustrating. Great products, understaffed or under organized. Thanks. Mark
