I purchased a XDUOO TA-30 and recieved a TA-20, and support do not give me and answer, what do I need to do to ?

I have been trying to contac with support tech to solve this problem and have my TA-30 (the product I paid for) , but they didnt answer. I am not agree in how you treat users and not respond even if it is your mistake. I will really like you to solve this and send me the correct product and contact me to let me know that you are aware of the situation, please.
