Is there any possibility to request a refund, despite if your order is currently being shipped?

(well aware I posted this question once before already with no response). The title states my question, I recently bought myself Drop + Thx Panda wireless headphones. I ordered them 3-5 days ago and they’re currently being shipped as of now. However, during the last three days. I’ve realized the total cost of the headphones did not include VAT. With most of the websites which I purchase most of my items, does include it. Now that I do not have the money for the time being to pay the VAT once it reaches my country. I want a refund. But the problem is, they’re being shipped right now and I cannot cancel my order through the transaction menu. If there is an alternative way to request a refund, please do tell me. Thanks in advance.

@jennychin I am need of your help, please. I am trying to contact customer support in regards of a refund for some headphones I bought 1 week ago. I've yet to recive any form of response from the customer support and it's almost been 2 days now since I made my ticket regarding my desire of a refund of my purchase. I have no other options in hand, please I need your help.

I understand the response time might take longer than expected. But this is getting ridiculous, I just want a confirmation from customer support that I will get a refund for my purchase. I do not really bother if it will take a week or two for the refund to be completed. I paid over 400 USD (including shipping) for these headphones and all I want. Is just an acknowledgment that the customer support are working on my issue, instead of a automated response from the ticket I made.
