I just got my PC38x and tested it out on my laptop. The headset sounds great but I can't seem to get the mic to work. In the settings, you can see the mic but no sounds can be heard. I've tried the mic in multiple different orientations. I believe it might be the cable or the headset but I'm not sure. I have asked multiple discord servers about the problem and tried many solutions but it does work.
Hi community, I have an Alpina AlpineraX watch which I require two of the three battery mount slot screws and one of the four backing cover slot screws as I lost them when changing a defective battery. I had the screws in a container and I dropped it on the ground. Alpina won't sell you the screws, but they want me to ship the watch to them so they install them and charge a large amount. I find this observe as I am an HVAC mechanic and repair much more complex equipment than changing a battery on my watch. Does anyone know who I can buy these screws from or would sell them to me directly, thanks?
Musings on the subject of subjectivity This is a follow-up to my review of Sennheiser HD 8XX I had these phones - the Sennheiser HD 8XX for 3 months now and there was a moment in the beginning when I was seriously considering selling them and buying the original 800. So was the case especially during the first few weeks of listening to them when I felt there was seriously something wrong with their tuning. I am a firm believer in having audio equipment long enough to get adjusted to or accustomed to the gear so whatever I buy usually stays with me for some time until the moment that I have confidence as to their true nature. Some define this period of time as breaking in and one could easily say it is also a period of breaking the listener in as well. Anyway I let the time pass and see what happens… HD 8XX are certainly picky when it comes to equipment fit and tuning and they - as any gear - have strong as well as weak points / sides. To be able to fully appreciate high end...
Where does everyone go to discover new music? Here is what I use Amazon Music which is where I buy most of my music. They don't seem to show me anything new that interests me . Tidal which I'm on paid trial for wants to push all pop music my way and I don't want that no matter how much I hit the like button for other genres such as Trance Deezer seems to do a good job of sending me new music that I actually want to listen to. Soundcloud gives me a lot of the music I am looking for. I really want to find a new place to purchase and discover great new Ska, Trance, and other new and fun music that is not Top 40 and over played.
