I'm new to the idea of buying keycap sets... please help me to understand something. I have a full sized UK ISO layout keyboard with Cherry switches. To fully populate this, I believe I would need the "Alphas" set at $49,

You are going to need more than the alphas. You need to cover the modifiers. The ISO specific keys, and the numpad.

erickongDrop mangled my original question, which was quite a bit longer. I'd need the "Alphas" set at $49 plus the "Mods" set at $70, plus the "Numpad" set at $29, plus the "UK" set at $42 (for 18 keys, so $2.33 per key), so a whopping $190 just for keycaps.
