Messaged Drop almost a week ago... still no response

I bought the HD58x earpads at the same time with some keycaps. I thought that I would save on shipping since they would be shipped at the same time... but no. Now I have to pay twice the shipping. If I knew this would happen from the start, I wouldn't have bought those earpads at all... I messaged Drop almost a week ago regarding this issue and I haven't heard back from them... What the heck, Drop?!
