Really they ought to take the word 'community' off their website. You'd think they would want to, considering how hard they're trying to see us all out the door.
I feel like I ought to find Jonas Heinemann somewhere and apologize to him for ripping on him for not being communicative when he managed EDC. It's starting to look like he was just following orders, you know? AND when they replaced him they were all too keen to make it look like the lack of communication was his fault. He's long gone now and yet suddenly the exact same thing is happening that happened before he was replaced.
These guys don't have the stones to speak up on their own damn website and that's more than a little pathetic.

reswrightI guess they think that if more people didn't react to this post or made new posts to raise their concerns it must mean that all their actions went unnoticed and they can just keep going (or they just dgaf about it). Or maybe they're preparing us a huge surprise with plenty of new knives and collaborations to celebrate the community and that's why they've been so inactive and silent. I wonder which option makes the most sense 🤔... (no, I don't)

mdeoushey, if they bust out a bunch of decent new collabs or exclusives and rejuvenate EDC I'll be the first to say they came back around. I don't mind being wrong about stuff like this, it's kinda win win. Hell even if they just gotta pay off some bills before their suppliers will front them any more EDC, I'll be happy to see it come back around.
That said, yeah, I'd bet a fiver they're winding EDC down, or at least the sharp and pointy component of it. They've been showing signs of it for a while now and probably know that if they announce it before they've sold off as much of their stock as they can, that what traffic they're getting to EDC will drop off altogether and it will be all the harder to get rid of all the Nextools and gadget lights and 'rustic' leatherwork they have left.

reswrightI dunno how much of their traffic to other EDC items came from people looking for knives, but I'd bet it already dropped a bit. I personally check the shop wayyyy less often than I used to as I got tired of coming to check and see nothing new, and I can't believe I would be the only one.

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Will the percentage discount apply to all mechanical keyboard items in an entire order, or it can only be applied to a single mechanical keyboard item in the order? Thanks in advance!
