Best Headphones under $300

more_vert
❓❓❓❓❓ What are the best pair of headphones available thru Drop that are UNDER $300? I already have the Drop + THX Panda headphones which I love but would like a touch more punch to its base and am looking for a second pair of headphones. Looking forward to the different opinions and options thrown out there. Thanks in advance for all your suggestions. StaySafe & HappyListening Boomer 🎧🐼

I’ve owned many sets before and even if you buy something really expensive you’d like to own one set like 58X.

From my experience I would opt for the HiFiman Drop HE4XX for a solid set of headphones with a balanced experience. Or for a few more bucks the Sennheiser Drop HD6XX's are amazing as well. These headphones are within $40 of each other and either choice would make your listening more enjoyable. (I feel like this question is actually a trap..😉)

If open back is an option, and you have a decent amp...HD 6xx for sure

I don’t have a DAC or an AMP ... I have the new Drop+THX Panda Bluetooth Closed Planar Magnetic headphones that have a THX-AAA-0™ Amplifier: (-130 dB THD, 2.6 uV A-wt noise, and 10 mW power consumption), built into the headphones. They are by far the best wireless Bluetooth audiophile headphones in the world. I am in the market fir a second pair to use without all the DAC/AMP nonsense that I can just plug into my iPad or laptop and listen to music or watch movies. Boomer 🎧 🐼
