How long will it take a 'product run live' order to be delivered?
I just ordered the GMK Red Samurai keycap set, and the expected shipping date is March 26. How long after March 26 will it take for it to actually arrive? My semester ends at the end of April, and I'll be moving back home. I didn't realize when I bought them that they wouldn't be shipped until March 26, and I'm worried they won't get here until after I move back home (I have it shipping to my dorm address currently).

I assume you’re new to the hobby as this is how just about everything works in the hobby especially GMK sets. Drop does a good job buying in bulk to sell “in stock” but things still do take time. You should be able to change the shipping address rn before it ships. Typically with other GBs outside of drop you’ll typically get an email or discord notification(if you choose to join the respective server) to change addresses if needed before the product ships. I’d advise paying extra special attention to the bottom of each drop page so you don’t get caught off guard with your next purchase

Most sites will give an estimate on the product page. On drop it’s near the bottom of the product page. Again this is an ESTIMATE and will absolutely change bc of delays

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".

ALT V2 not detected with Drop Keyboard Configurator
Hi, This is my first non-mac keyboard. I was under the impression that this would work out of box with with mac desktop however I am having issues getting the ALT V2 detected with the keyboard configurator software. The keyboard is plugged in and powered on. Apologies if this is very basic or if I have used incorrect language describing my issue, I don't have experience with this. Thank you
