You guys charge 60,000 dollars of tuition fee... and you still can't afford Sennheiser headphones?
Then what do you think about your students' situation?

1st of all, that is completely an incorrect number. 2nd, a lot of our budget goes to financial aid. This allows us to keep moving forward with keeping on track with making sure our neediest students get the help they need. If you factor in financial aid, you will see that the tuition is quite low especially for in state students.

Also not just headphones... speakers, microphones, etc. For top of the line equipment, it ends up being ridiculously expensive. Would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars for the entire school of music.

Is it wrong to ask for help? I just want what's best for them all. If I didn't try to fight for my students at every turn I wouldn't be doing my job. I'm willing to put myself out there for thm.

Panda Firmware Update 3/5
Hello Friends,
Work continues on our sonarworks integration. We're nearing the end of that process and I can provide some context for this update.
The update we're working on now is focused on two areas
Sonarworks Integration
Update Infrastructure
We've talked about the benefits of Sonarworks (EQ, SoundID, etc) so let's focus on Update Infrastructure.
Update Infrastructure is about what we can update and how we can deliver those updates.
For this first update, some of you will need to update via USB C (installers will be provided for OSX/Win), but most of you, and all of you for all future updates, will be able to update over the air via the Sonarworks app.
Beyond updating over the air, this update includes a variety of back-end changes that will address some QOL issues and enable further firmware development.

Just when I decided to get the iFi zen can, first I saw the Topping A30 pro news and now this. Soncoz is releasing it's first Headphone amp. Given their reputation, it should have a very good price...
