We came up with the name of the MT2 profile for many well-intentioned reasons: continuity with Drop's other in-house mold, identical material properties and manufacturing processes to MT3, clarity to help users understand the position of the two products (MT2 is lower profile than MT3). The fact that the name of the designer of the new profile happens to also feature M and T was a coincidental extra “fit” in our eyes. It is our goal for community members to gain familiarity and trust for products based on the brands associated with them. It is also our goal to nurture, recognize, and respect the contributions of the designers we work with. It was not our intent to undo the good work Matt3o and our team have done on MT3 in introducing a sibling product, but it’s clear he and others saw it that way. Broad Updates: Warehouse is operating as usual and no major general updates to report. Mechanical Keyboard Updates MT3 3277 - The replacement shipment was repackaged and sent out again on 2/22. Will continue to monitor this one. GMK Katakana - Available in stock and should ship with the bundled fix keys. For all previous buyers, there is a deadline to make any address changes by 2/28/2022. Starting 3/1/2022 the fixed keys will begin shipping out to everyone who previously ordered the set. GMK Serenity - In production. Broad Updates Warehouse is back to normal and the backlog should be cleared. It seems like there was a small number of packages that got caught in between stages right before or after the shutdown. If you feel like you’re the only one who hasn’t gotten your order, or if you got a tracking alert that hasn’t moved in a couple weeks, then please reach out to Community Support so we can look into it. Some things have shifted up or out by a couple of days, but are in transit so it’s mostly just waiting for it to land in the warehouse as it moves across the ocean or country. A few have been adjusted out 2-3 weeks as we get better estimates from the various suppliers coming back from CNY. But for the most part things are much the same as last week. Broad Updates: The warehouse has finished their inventory count and will resume normal operations in the coming days. We’re going to work overtime to try and catch back up as quickly as possible so hopefully the delays will be minimal. Bonus prize, there’s a state of emergency in New Jersey right now due to projected heavy snows from the incoming storm. Hopefully this shouldn’t impact things too much, but obviously safety is more important so I’ll keep an eye on this one and update this post if there are any drastic changes in the estimates. Lastly, since the warehouse didn’t move this past week, the vast majority of the shipment statuses below remain unchanged. Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

I'd like to buy the Sennheiser 6xx but I have no idea how much is going to be after adding delivery and custom fees. Does anyone know? I live in Spain.

As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
