What's the appetite for something like this?
I would very, very excited if Drop was to take on a project like this. There is a real gap in the market for audiophile-grade wireless IEMs in my opinion. Similar to the quality and innovation of the upcoming DROP + THX PANDA WIRELESS HEADPHONE (https://drop.com/buy/drop-wireless-headphones).
I recently participated in the drop for the HELM true wireless IEMs, which claim to fit this niche, but was very disappointed and have now returned them.
Standard IEM ear tip size (preferably 3mm)
5+ hours battery life
Slim charging case (within reason)
Dedicated pairing button
Reliable and straightforward bluetooth support (common failing in competitors)

I have an Onkyo Tx-Sr607 AV amp that's been sat in my house not being used for some time. Recently i have tried to set it up and for some reason it turns itself off between 2 and 10 minutes. I tried changing the HDMI cable and it seemed to improve but to no avail. Any info would be gratefully recieved.
so im pretty new to the audio world and i currently own a dac/amp combo thats connected to my pc via usb. im thinking about getting the schiit magni 3+ and modi 3 but im confused on how to connect everything. i think you’re supposed to connect the dac to your pc then feed that output to the amp? help please im so confused
I'm going to put together my first setup in the next couple weeks. I'm looking for suggestions on all components since I really don't know anything. I'd like to buy a DAC/Amp combo, but I'm open to separate units as well. I'll need it to run headphones, yet to be purchased, as well as small desktop monitors since my PC will be my primary source. Suggestions for all components will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
