Im noob when it comes to custom keyboards but are these compatible with my Ducky one 2 SF cherry mx RED?

They will work just fine. But a ducky board isn't worth all the hassle desoldering and resoldering let alone extra money put into it. Just save your money until you can buy another board.

So it's a big no no, right? Coming for guy who has no idea of keyboards. I reckon i would just destroy the whole thing wasting double the money.

Your best bet is to get a "hot swap" board which means you can change switches at any time without soldiering anything. Some good ones I have and recommend are 1. Kemove Snowfox (also comes in black "shadow") 2. GK61X (make sure its the X model) 3. MZ60. my personal fav is my Snowfox, but you can do some research and see which one fits you best
