Trying to enable persistent memory (Smart EEPROM), mdloader cannot find keyboard. When I try to use mdloader.exe, it just times out after 60 seconds with the error : "Error: Could not find a valid device port!" I exhausted every single result I could find on Google and tried everything. I even tried it on a secondary computer just to make sure. Its inexcusable that a keyboard this premium and expensive lacks such a basic feature that can be found on every other RGB keyboard on the market.
