How do I get an answer from customer service?

I just ordered the quilters pressing mat in the monster mat size in the last drop and then my order was canceled for some unexplained reason after the drop was over. I contacted your customer support and Gwen from Mass Drop Customer Support told me that MassDrop never had this product?! She had no idea the product I was speaking about. I even sent her screen shots of your drop. What kind of help is this? I would really appreciate someone actually helping me to figure out what happened and to get the mat I ordered to me.
