Bought an extra set without really thinking it through, so does anyone know if these pads will fit the HD 599 as well?
I was buying a set for my HD 6XX and figured they are the same shape and mount the same way, (I think?) so they should fit, right? But then I found a dekoni listing for HD 599 pads that specifically says they don't fit the HD 58X, which these pads were made for.
Edit: I would check by swapping pads but I don't have access to my 599s right now.
Nothing fancy here but I have purchased a few more under $100 pairs. After the purchase of the Moondrop Aria I have since purchased the TIN T2, TIN T3 Plus, BLON BL03 and the final E3000. As a newbie to IEM's I have found some to be more comfortable than others, as is the case with different tips. I have really been impressed by the amount of sound that these little things can generate, and probably even more given how inexpensive these are. Sure, I know that they get to being much more costly. I'm not sure I wish to venture too far down the rabbit hole on IEM's. I like them for portability. And the cheaper ones won't hurt so much if they break or get lost. How much better does it get at the $300 price point? $500? $1000? I'd rather dump $500 or a grand on a pair of over ear headphones, personally.
Looking for a 2 pin recessed cable, no memory wire, love 90degree 3.5mm jack
Hello, say looking for a 2 pin recessed cable, in a 3.5mm jack. I'm in need of one without a formed loop or memory wire. My custom alclair studio3 have the cable out the bottom to fit under my motorcycle full fCe helmet. The rigid wire can cause issues with the seal and let in wind noise... My current cable is the standard black 3.5mm with memory wire... (I could do a balanced 2.5 from my dac/amp, but my phone usb C to 3.5mm for backup would be an issue if I ever used it) Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions?? Thanks for your time.
