For anyone who wants this, it takes about 20 minutes (if you are being extra slow and careful) and about $15 to do yourself, as a once off exercise. Massdrop and Sennheiser don't need to arrange an entire production line for people who want this mod.

Depends. The various tools and items you need are not easy to get outside of the United States, and also the tutorial on SBAF is quite vague in its explanation.
If you could do the mod for me (whereby I send you a HD650/6XX), I'll happily pay you $15 for the work, as well as all fees for parts, shipping, etc.

I'm also outside of the US. Ordered a small kit of Dynamat from Amazon with cheap overseas shipping. The only other item suggested is Creatology foam, and I found something similar at a craft store for maybe $2 a sheet. It's just a 1mm thick bit of generic foam with an adhesive backing. The foam is also completely not required, it's a purely cosmetic touch. The KISS thread on SBAF has pictures in exacting detail. There's even a downloadable PDF of the size of Dynamat rectangles to cut out. If you are unsure about anything, just ask on that forum. Otherwise all you need is an xacto knife and a pair of needle nose pliers, which are available anywhere. Off memory you don't even need a tool to take open the Senns. The $15 reference was just the Dynamat estimate, I assume that you should already have access to an xacto knife and pliers. Seeing as $15 is less than what I spend for lunch every day, I can't see it temping anyone past the hassles of dealing with shipping ;) You seriously cannot screw this up, it is called KISS for a reason. Edit: Fixed a couple of typos.

Ifi iTube
I don't know if this is the right way to post this, but I saw that Drop has a page for Ifi iTube2, where you can request that they make it. But what is the status of it? Is it an old project reborn, or is it a new, yet not realized one? https://drop.com/ifi-micro-itube2-vacuum-tube-buffer-and-preamplifier/p Asking, of course, since I would be very interested.

Headphones with SD Card or MP3 Function and/or self-storage?
Can you make some Headphones with SD Card or MP3 Function so that they can be used offline and with no other device needed to play music? Also, I would be interested in a pair of headphones OVER-EAR Type with the same SD Card/MP3 Function that can be used UNDERWATER.

Drop + THX Panda -- Bluetooth Audio Clipping Whenever Resumed from a Pause of More than 2 Seconds
I don't have much experience with Bluetooth headphones and figured I'd ask here to help set my expectations a bit. I just bought some Drop + THX Panda headphones. They're well reviewed for sound quality and supporting higher-end audio codecs, some of which Macs support (eg: aptX) and some of which they don't (eg: LDAC). Anywho, upon unboxing them and pairing them to my 2020 iMac running Big Sur, I noticed that audio over bluetooth sounds totally fine until it's been paused for more than 2 seconds. When I unpause, it almost feels as if maybe the headphones are coming out of some standby or low-power mode and are rushing to start a new bit stream. The sound is clipped / distorted for a second or two until it "catches up". This is particularly annoying for things like notifications and other sound effects which, by nature, are essentially really short audio clips. I can't find anything online explaining if this is normal behavior or just a shortcoming of bluetooth or these specific...

DAC/Amp Combo for MASSDROP X SENNHEISER HD 6XX HEADPHONES
Hi! I am seriously considering buying the HD 6xx's, and I'm very new to advanced audio. I was wondering what is the best DAC/Amp combo for these headphones around $100. Thanks in advance! Edit: Would FiiO E10K work?
