Hey! I have 2 questions - 1. What keycaps are those? I’ve been trying to find pudding but with the right shift being that size because I think we have the same pcb. 2. Is that the bm60 ec? If so, how did you reprogram the knob? I’ve been trying to figure it out but I’m a new user to QMK and have no knowledge in coding. Thanks!

Hello! So the answer for the 1st question, I got them on Amazon and the link is, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JQ3QJ8B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 2nd Answer. It took me about 3 hours to figure it out but here is the short version. I think you can do it in less than 20minutes. The first thing I did was install the USB driver or firmware on the board. I am not sure if you can skip this or not before the next step. The program I used was on the zip file "002-BM Series VIA Flashing Course-20210428T045613Z-001". Use Zadig-2.5.exe and follow the directions carefully. I screwed up one of my USB devices by installing the USB firmware on the wrong USB device. Programing the EC dial.
  1. In the zip file 002-BM Series VIA Flashing Course-20210428T045613Z-001, there is a folder 001-VIA Flashing Tutorial. Open and install via-1.3.1-win.exe.
  2. Extract 002-VIA Firmware to your desktop or anywhere it's easier for you to find. Run that VIA software that you just install and the icon should be on your desktop.
  3. Mount the file to the program. On the top, there should be a menu bar with 4 choices. Configure, key tester, Design, and Setting. Select Design and Load. Search for the folder you just extracted 002-VIA Firmware. Locate the bm60ec_via.json file. Open or double click on the file once you found it.
  4. Next, select configure. You should see the image and layout of your keys. The top right should have 3 keys. I program mine for Mute, Vol -, and Vol +. When the dial is pressed, my audio will mute and when you turn left, the volume will decrease and turn right, it will increase. Changing is easy now. Select the key you want to change and then select what you want that key to be. When done, close the program and your keyboard is all set.
I hope this helps.

Stabilizer and keycap questions
Hey! I'm doing my first custom build with the drop CTRL case with the CTRL pcb and the Everglide panda stabilizers with custom keycaps. I was wondering if I just need to put the stabilizers in and all will be good or if I need to do some extra things.

Is there any configurator/builder with options for Nordic keycaps
I'm quite new to the scene of mk so I'm trying to find a good keyboard to buy and build or buy prebuilt. I live in Sweden and so I need the set of Å, Ä & Ö. They are used very often so an option such as using other keys for it than normal would not work.

Need some advice
I’m trying to figure out what I need to achieve the objective of a high profile Drop Alt in Space Grey, with the /dev/tty caps, the smoothest thocciest linear switches and absolutely no pings or rattles. Q1. The videos I’ve watched seem to show quite clearly that the default stabilisers are not great. So what should they be replaced with? Are the stabilisers screw-in or plate mounted? What should I buy? Q2. Why does the high profile barebones cost $190, while the high profile keyboard only cost $185? Am I missing what’s included with the bare bones? Q3. Can the case be lined with high density foam to help dampen the ping? Any tutorials or similar on how to do this? Q4. Will the /dev/tty keycaps change the sound profile much? If so, in which way. I really want to get to deep tones. Q5. Which switches? I really like linear, but it seems that the linear choice is pretty limited. What would you recommend? I’m leaning toward the Halo clears, can they be made linear...

Drop Alt keyboard with upgraded keycaps
Hi i am very close to clicking on an ALT keyboard, space grey with high profile. I really want the /dev/tty keycaps too. My question is, if I add the /dev/tty keycaps (at the extra cost), do I get the standard keycaps as well or just the /dev/tty ones? At $190 I’m paying full price for the board so it would be good to know that it’ll come with the original caps as part of that price. A second question - does anyone know if this board will ever come with Holy Pandas as an option? thanks!
