I can't find a phone number to contact Drop. I'm pretty sure they don't have one.
I'm trying to process a return and I'm pretty sure I checked out as a guest when purchasing instead of logging into my account. I now realize this was a mistake because contacting customer support is a nightmare. When I try to process a return under my account the transaction is not there and there is no way to manually enter one to create a ticket.
I emailed customer service on Monday for the return with my order number and sku# for return. It's Wednesday and I have yet to receive a reply.
Let me know how to proceed,
