The support, Small story, Big problem....600$ down the drain

So I ordered a Massdrop X Focal Elex Headphone. I was so happy that I could finally do it where I live with a poor salary and it took me two months to do so. I'm 22 btw. Any how, I put the wrong address by accident and it has been and hour since I noticed it. I tried to change it, but it said "Internal error". So as many will do, I decided to contact Drop's support. In the first time, they replied within 1 hour which is above my expectation. They said that it will be fixed, and there will be no issues since it was not shipped yet. However, the 2nd day and it gets shipped...the address has not changed in the waybill...everything is still the same. Tried contacting them another time, no reply. 3 Days have passed now....and still no reply about the situation. What's bothering me if that shipment goes to the old address. It will be terminated, for good. I never cared about money, but It took me too much time to collect and actually buy a high-end headphone for the first time. Furthermore, I tried contacting them everywere I possibly could. No reply. So now my shipment has the wrong address and waybill...and maybe today will be picked up. I provided every email I sent to them with a simple solution and I work the same job as they do....and I swear to you changing a waybill's address can be made in 5 minutes....what also is bugging me that they lied...I felt comfortable for a minute, and they damn lied. I told them to refund and I'll order again, no response, keep the damn shipment, no response, change the address, no response. Please, If anyone has a solution, or anything to help, or any morals contact me....If you can atleast, tell them to reply to me, tell them to give me a reply at least to not sit around and be frustrated about an issue that could be solved in fucking minutes....you can see my frustration while writing this. I trusted the company with my heart, I spent 600$ and this is the support I damn get. Nothing from them. So I'm looking for support from the community, if you can help me, contact me. I'm desperate. I never felt like this before.

I feel your pain, man. Cancel the credit card charge? Call the bank if a draft, same with paypal.

Contact the courier since mass-dropped the ball. Its possible they may have the ounce of humanity that this company obviously lacks.

Thank you for the care, after spamming Drop with emails they finally replied. And now i'm just waiting for my replacement.

Try to see from the tracking number if the parcel can be rerouted from the courier side. Sometimes there is an option to reroute the parcel, though I've never clicked it before.

Please disregard my comments. Clicking the "redirect my package" link does nothing but brings you to the tracking page. I'm sorry. Looks like you're gonna have to try to contact the courier actively.

Did that, thank god though the carrier returned the package and Drop contacted me. Now everything is fine. The lack of speed and contact with Drop is what buggles me, they don't even have a number to contact on....but regardless, they did me good.
