Hello, I have HD6XX that I just received four days ago. I experienced issues with the right side driver losing connection from the balanced cable I've purchased with it from DROP. Its like the balanced cable head is loose and it loses connection with the headphones. I have to physically push the cable head into the headphones for it to resume the connection after any mild tug. Is this a problem with the cable or is it a problem from HD6XX cable termination? What do you suggest, do I have to contact customer support?
