Why haven't I received a shipping code or response from customer service for my order in over 3 weeks?
Hello, I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago. I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update. I am just wondering, on average, how long it takes for an order to get to the buyer here. I have ordered from websites like Shien and etc, so I am not really stressing anything, but considering the fact that I sent customer support an e-mail 10 days ago and...

Help: MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET Cable Replacement
My headjack that connects the headphone to the mic and headset end (green and red) is broken, what do I need to buy to get it replaced? The single port end seems shorter than 3.5mm and is smaller than the port of the mic and headset end. May I know what size to if I necessarily need the exact same one that connects mic and headset or I can just get a single port to single port end? Would I need to completely replace the headset? Also I'm currently residing in Malaysia where ebay and amazon isn't available and I can't seem to find anywhere else that sells it. Is there anyone that can link me to the item that ships to Malaysia?

I bought a E-MU Tracker Pre used very cheaply and was positively surprised at both the SQ and drive of the built-in amp., driving my 58X. Software drivers are always tricky for old hardware, and you do not state if you're on macOS or Windoze, fortunately for me, there is a community driver for the E-MU for Mac.
You could check out Avid Mbox Pro 3, should be around 100euro/dollars/pound used, and seems to come highly recommended, i used a Digidesign Digi001 way back and it was a solid performer.
