Oh, I NEVER use wool! Please check out the cruelty in the industry of how the sheep are severely mishandled. You will be in shock and never buy anything wool again.

AQuiltedJewelRubbish. Wool is renewable and no more harmful to the sheep than a haircut is to us. The vast majority of sheep ranchers take excellent care of their animals, which are their livelihood. Mulesing, the cruelest thing done to a sheep, is only done in a few areas where flystrike can kill the sheep. If you’d rather have sheep eaten alive than one short, dreadful cut once in their life, then I don’t know what to say.

jacautRubbish to your rubbish. I’ve seen enough evidence of undercover videos to believe that they are being harmed. Harm to Even one animal is not worth me buying wool. I believe that you’ve got the wool pulled over your eyes .

AQuiltedJewelTo suggest that all wool is damned because of a few bad ranchers is totally bogus. If to don’t use wool you either have to plow more land to grow more cotton with lots of pesticides, process lots of bamboo into rayon (no, it’s not “natural” bamboo any more), or use more oil to make more polyester. None of that is harm fee either.

AQuiltedJewelVisit a farm, most treat animals wonderful. They are how they make a living and depend on the animals being healthy. Healthy means grazing and getting fat in the sunshine.

AQuiltedJewelHave you ever been to a sheep farm? Don't post unless you've been there IN PERSON.

AQuiltedJewelI grew up on a farm and we raised sheep. They were never mishandled.
