I'm aware that this is a very power-hungry board. Using my custom coiled cable, the LEDs are noticeably dimmer than with the stock cable. I've read online that a fix to this would be to get a powered USB hub and plug the keyboard into that, as it can deliver more power than the USB ports on the PC. Is this true, would this allow me to use my custom cable and have the same level of brightness on the LEDs as with the stock cable?
