Massdrop still using FedEx SmartPost.

Can we please have different shipping options? This is the worst possible shipping method out there. My package is 30 miles away (NJ to NJ) and it's "estimated" to get here by the 30th (currently the 26th). I couldn't even imagine what the estimated shipping date would be if I was on the west coast.

Totally agree.... Every Fed-Ex shipment is like "Where's Waldo" . I watch my shipments travel 1200 miles when I live 500 miles away from the shipping point. I could pick up same day and it takes 5-7 working days to deliver.

Smartpost is the worst I've ever seen, and just not up to modern standards. I can't believe Fedex would associate themselves with this garbage. I've been waiting for two weeks for an item (NJ>CA) that has been sitting 25 miles away from me for 3+ days. The status just changed to "No scheduled delivery date available at this time."

A USPS option would be nice, they seem to be the quickest in my area (North Texas).

I was there griping about DHL back when Massdrop was using them for their shipping, so I feel a bit sheepish griping about SmartPost now. I have to say though; FedEx SmartPost might well be worse than DHL.

It takes three weeks for something that is in stock to get to Alaska! FedEx Smartpost is the worst of all possible worlds.

No, FedEx is fast, FedEx Smart post is slow. I'm not sure that you care about the distinction, but, just so you know FedEx Smarpost is a combination of FedEx and the local Post office. FexEx does most of the shipping however your local post office brings it to your door.

It takes almost 2 weeks to get from NJ to WA. Ridiculously slow.

I'd pay for better shipping method myself tbh so they don't have to do it but at least give me the option.

I'd imagine that the shipping is one way to get savings. Who knows
