My pair has randomly stopped playing audio thru the right side. Out of the blue. I looked inside the earmuff and can see where one of the bars of the planar magnets is broken. Ive had this set for about 3 or 4 months with no issue until now. How can I get in touch with someone about getting a replacement or refund? Warranty? I'm so upset. I have been ever so gentle with these and only used a handful of times. Please help!!!

Same thing happened to me immediately upon receipt. I’ve tried everything. Have you figure it out?

Edc-lurkerI did actually. I emailed drop customer support and one of the drop people helped me. tremendously. He was very helpful. He was quick about it and he had me send my defective headphones back. sent me a new pair upon they're arrival. Great customer support and service. New pair has been fine. Worked without flaw.
