Drop THX Panda issues

I recently received my Drop THX Panda's today and right out of the box I am having issues with it. When I first turned it on it connected to my phone immediately and I was able to hear all media then I tried it with the SoundID app and since that point I have only been able to hear from the right side of the headphones. I have tried on three different devices all with the same issue. I then tried to use the cord and I can suddenly hear all media from both sides of the cups. I suspected it may be the SoundID app so I decided to uninstall it and it still didn't fix the problem. I resorted to restarting the headphones 3 times and the same issue. I'm not sure what to do anymore I've tried all the troubleshooting measures and just nothing 😔

So I figured it out. It was the soundID app. I deleted the presets and it fixed it smh
