To the Drop team: no need to remind me to write a review on a product three or four weeks after it arrives. If I want to give my initial impressions, I'll do so in the discussion section. In my opinion, there are always too many reviews from people who have barely used the item or not at all, and this habit should be discouraged. Some things can be reviewed after just a few days or weeks, I suppose, but a watch or knife? A year of at least intermittent use is a more reasonable period of time.

Starting now, across most of our Drop Studio products, you’ll be able to return (or exchange) the item you purchased within the first 30 days, no questions asked. Think of it as we’re taking out the risk of getting that product you’ve had your eye on.
Whether the item is available for pre-order or available in our store, if you purchase any of these products between May 24 and July 22, they will be eligible for free returns. The prices here in the UK when compared to the US is insane. Yet, I understand why this is something which is needed by massdrop to keep sending things over. But I ask any ways, can there be a UK based Massdrop. So that I don't have to pay ridiculous prices to ship it over.
I want to return a shipment and have emailed the customer service before they shipped it... now they said that it's shipped (on a Saturday.) and supposedly I have to wait till it arrives and then return it to them. If there is anyone from costumer service in this community could you please stop the shipment from arriving?
Some drop items are available on Amazon.ca, I assume they are just buying and reselling. I ordered pulse noire and to my surprise they arrived in a single bag. They are covered in scuff marks and there is a couple permanent visible marks from the top of the keys which are quite annoying.
I looked for unboxings and I found that standard pulse and XDA canvas are coming in a nice box with trays.
However I did find one single review of pulse noire on YouTube and it was in a bag...
Is this expected? Did I buy some kind of counterfeit product? Additionally there are lines and pressure marks and quite a few imperfections from the manufacturing process.
Confirmed from other sources that this many imperfections would not be expected with a gmk set or other high-end product, I'm certainly not delivered in a single bag like they came the Bulk Barn.

How does one get the '$10 welcome gift' offer to work?
I recently found this amazing website and getting triggered for a pair of HD58X didn't take long. In my signup confirmation mail there is a $10 off-offer for Studio products, valid for 7 days and for items > $50, which my order applies for in my eyes.
I am on day 6 now and the help desk didn't reply to my email yet, when I asked why none of the prices changed when I used the coupon link in the email? I accidentally even placed an order for the unreduced $170 HD58X and was happy to see I could recall it momentarilly.

I ordered the FX Audio Dac-X6 which was supposed to be shipped June 1. I received an email on June 1 saying it was delayed and would be shipped on June 2. I have not heard anything since then. No shipping updates, nothing. No response to my emails from support.
